Our history
From San Carlos Yautepec to the world
We come from a region where mezcal is inherited, not learned. Our grandparents already distilled it for family celebrations; today, Gregorio Jarquín and Areli Díaz —certified mezcal masters and sensory evaluators— formalized that heritage to share it beyond Oaxaca. Jorge, our fourth generation, is already preparing in English to welcome those who come from afar to meet us.
